Viktorija Garanca is a CRM & adoption consultant in Riga who has led different Salesforce and CRM streams at Inchcape, Sodexo and Unilever. She works with decision-makers at growing companies on current-state analysis, gap analysis, an implementation roadmap and a build-vs-buy recommendation — and on getting people to actually use the result.
How does career coaching with Viktorija work?
It starts with a free discovery call of up to 30 minutes. If coaching is the right fit, you work together in an engagement of four or more sessions around one specific goal, roughly every two weeks.
