Privacy policy

This website, viktorijagaranca.com, is operated by Viktorija Garanca (“I”, “me”), Riga, Latvia. I collect only the data needed to run this site and respond to you.

What I collect and why

• Contact form. Your name, email address, the topic you choose and your message are sent to my email inbox so that I can reply. Legal basis: your request (pre-contractual steps) and my legitimate interest in answering enquiries.
• Free workbook. When you request the workbook, your first name (optional) and email address are used to send you the download link and, if you agree, occasional practical emails about career strategy and CRM. Legal basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time by replying to any email or writing to me.
• Email delivery. Emails are sent through Resend (Resend, Inc.), using EU-region infrastructure. Resend processes your email address only to deliver the message.
• Booking. If you book a call, Calendly (Calendly LLC) handles the scheduling under its own privacy policy.
• Analytics. If Google Analytics 4 is enabled on this site, IP addresses are anonymised and no advertising features are used. No profiles are built about you.

What I don't do

• I don't sell or share your data with third parties for their marketing.
• I don't send spam — expect at most one email a month, each with a way to opt out.

Retention

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle them and for ordinary business records. Workbook subscribers are kept until you opt out.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to me through the contact form and I'll respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate (Datu valsts inspekcija).
